Triatlonstudie: Lidt langsommere i starten og du er hurtigere i mål A study from France shows that it is better for one's overall result when you put out at a rate of about 5 percent below its current 10-km pace, in the case of a 10-km run (under an Olympic triathlon distance). Starts instead of at a rate which is 5 percent faster and 10 percent slower, so it leads to a worse outcome.
